Using ion beam sputtering coating technology, insulating and resistive materials are deposited on the elastic metal diaphragm in the form of molecules, achieving atomic bonding between the sensitive element and the elastomer. This minimizes the creep, hysteresis, and aging of the sensor, and enhances the long - term stability and reliability of the product in harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, dusty, and humid conditions.
